Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

CDO has successfully adopted and applied the Information Technology Infrastructure Library, or ITIL®, to provide effective IT enterprise management.  ITIL® provides a comprehensive, consistent, and coherent set of best practices for IT Service Management Processes, promoting a quality approach to achieving business and mission effectiveness and efficiency in the use of information systems.
The Goal of ITIL® is to bridge the gap between business and mission requirements, and technology solutions; through a "best practices" approach to IT solutions.
