I have been fortunate to have excellent people as employees of CDO. The CDO family has grown from two employees to 300 since 1995. Our services are as diversified as our customers, but we keep you, the customer, in clear focus at all times.

CDO is dedicated to employing the power of state-of-the art technology for the benefit of our customers. We work hard to put emerging technologies such as automated finger image identifications systems, wireless solutions, and radio frequencies systems to work for you. The result: more efficiency, better customer service, and greater competitiveness.

Don Ertel

Vice President, Systems and Technology Solutions Division

Mr. Ertel’s vision and primary objective is to grow his division’s market share of information technology solutions by focusing on leading-edge automatic identification technology (AIT). He has profit accountability of over $21M of services and products for a variety of customers.

Cliff Williams

Vice President, Enterprise Solutions Division

Mr. Williams has provided senior leadership and direction for his division since 1996. He has over 21 years of experience and expertise in all aspects of computer and data security. Mr. Williams is also involved in serving the Dayton Community through the following organizations: Montgomery County Soil and Water Board; Greater Dayton IT Alliance; The Weaver Society; Dayton Engineers Club ; and ACE-E (Area Coalition for Education Excellence).

Gary Volz

Vice President, Finance and Operations

Mr. Volz has in-depth experience in merger and acquisition projects, and has successfully implemented several ERP systems. His solid leadership and interpersonal skills result in effective team building and staff development.
