CDO meets the demands of the academic world.  To streamline the teacher certification and professional development plan process. CDO developed the web-based MyEdPortal program to end the paper process.  MyEdPortal meets all of the State of Ohio requirements, has built-in registration module, and is easily tailored to an specific school district requirement.  MyEdPortal makes life easier for educators, certification administrators, and school boards.

CDO has developed robust, collaborative relationships with the University of Dayton and Wright State University.  On separate occasions, CDO developed technical proposals for the Ohio Technology Action Fund with both universities.

CDO was instrumental in developing the framework for the Implementation of Cycle Mining and Secure Knowledge Management for Dispersed Information Resources.
