- Custom Training Solutions – CDO develops or modifies existing training materials to achieve customer objectives.
- Pre-packaged training programs such as ITIL®
- Standup instructor-led classes and workshops
- Product Support Training – CDO develops courseware and help tutorials as part of our custom software solution development process
- Computer-based / Web-based Training – CDO harnesses the knowledge and experience of our subject matter experts to develop engaging courseware, exercises, and evaluation tests for delivery via CBT or WBT media.
