CDO offers airspace planning and development services and support to: - Implement airspace development and certification procedures and implementation
- Develop, administer, and coordinate facility letters of agreement, airspace and procedures and all matters pertaining to facility owned airspace
- Accomplish resectorization of airspace redesign plan
- Provide certified weather observers
- Provide certified ICAO non-radar oceanic
- Improve motivational hygiene theory
