CDO’s Director of Aviation Management Solutions, Mr. Leon Stinson, leads our Aviation Management Solutions Team.  His technical and management leadership in this effort builds upon his twenty-four years in diverse managerial positions with the Federal Aviation Administration and the U.S. Air Force. Examples of his accomplishments include:

• Member of a team deployed to Afghanistan to develop and maintain an air traffic control system for the United Nations, NATO and US Department of Defense Forces.

• Developed air traffic control procedures in the world's first and only non-radar air traffic control center.
