Mr. Volz is the Vice President of Finance for CDO.  In this position, he oversees all Business Operations for the CDO, including Finance & Accounting, Contracting & Purchasing, Human Relations, and Corporate Secretarial functions.  He also coordinates the activities of the external professional teams, consisting of external auditors, financial and tax advisors, legal advisors, risk management advisors, and banking relations.  In addition, Mr. Volz works closely with the CEO and VP’s on special projects, while assisting in evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Volz works closely with the Operating Divisions of the CDO to ensure that both their internal and external needs are met on a timely basis with accurate information and professional assistance. These responsibilities include copyrighting proprietary software, assisting in the development of joint venture agreements and strategic alliances, developing various commercial contractual agreements for CDO, as well as many other responsibilities.

Prior to joining CDO, Mr. Volz held several CFO positions in privately held corporations and was a Senior Manager in the Consulting Groups with both PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and Arthur Andersen & Co.  While in previous positions, Mr. Volz practiced in the design and implementation of financial, manufacturing and marketing systems, as well as a general business consulting in a variety of areas.
