CDO Technologies, Inc. announced its award of the U.S. Navy Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) Enterprise prime task order issued under an unrestricted solicitation on the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract vehicle. The award is a one-year task order valued at $7.4 million commencing September 24, 2018 and is under the $37.4 billion, 10-year Army Contracting Command-sponsored Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.  This is the first RS3 task order award for CDO.

Under the terms of this task order, CDO will provide logistics services, data and software system enhancements, maintenance strategy development and implementation, engineering and technical services, and training and organizational support for COMFRC. The Navy Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) Enterprise pursued this task order action in order to enhance their ongoing effort to improve industrial plant services across the FRC command and implement a Reliability-Based Maintenance (RBM) approach to industrial maintenance. The scope of the effort includes a mix of skill sets across a broad range of knowledge areas, including Reliability-Based Maintenance, maintenance of industrial equipment, IBM Maximo® Computerized Maintenance Monitoring System (CMMS), organizational training and development, and industry best practices and standards. These distinct but interrelated efforts will resolve current maintenance program limitations to enable the FRC Enterprise Vision to implement a RBM program for equipment and infrastructure that aligns maintenance with production schedules.  The goals of the effort are to provide: Industrial Equipment and Infrastructure Readiness, Information Availability, Management Insight, and Training Sufficiency.

The U.S. Navy FRC contract is a significant accomplishment for CDO Technologies. It represents our first award on the RS3 contract and expands our business offerings into the Department of The Navy.” said President Al Wofford “We are proud to have earned this Task Order award from the Navy.  Our Program mission is to develop standardized Maintenance and Logistics processes throughout the NAVY FRC enterprise. This effort builds on our experience in providing exceptional professional services to all military branches. “
