History

CDO Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1995 to assist the USAF and other Department of Defense (DoD) customers. Headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, CDO is a small business providing information technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure services, and logistics services to public and private sector clients.

Behind our founder, CDO is a family oriented company.  We welcome new employees as members of the CDO family.  As a result, our employee retention rate exceeds industry standards with contracts and employees across the country.

CDO began as a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8a small disadvantaged business. When CDO graduated 8a after 10 years, we were the third largest 8a in the country.  We have been growing as a small business ever since and will soon graduate to a large business.

We initially concentrated on IT Services and Automatic Identification Technology Software development.  Our software development initially focused on Air Force Research and Development that evolved into enterprise systems. At one time, we had four worldwide systems with one providing a monthly congressional report.  As a result of our commercial work, we developed an enterprise Asset Management System for our customers today. Our growth has fundamentally transformed our company and positively impacted our solutions, support, and services.

Some of our customers include the U.S. Air Force, Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Military Entrance Processing Command, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, SAIC, CACI, Procter & Gamble, Ohio Department of Veterans Services, and Premier Health.

CDO is certified in both CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001:2015. We provide the advantage of experience and aptitude – along with the ability to react at the speed of business.
