CDO Technologies, Inc. Secures Award for Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) IDIQ Contract
DAYTON, OH (10/09/2024) – CDO Technologies, Inc. (CDO) is proud to announce we are an awardee for the Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This IDIQ has a $12,500,000,000 ceiling and provides a pool of qualified sources to modernize, operate, and maintain the network infrastructure on all Department of the Air Force locations, to include Guard and Reserve bases. Work will be performed globally and is expected to be completed by Aug. 15, 2034. This contract was a competitive acquisition, with 47 offers received, and 23 awardees.
This IDIQ was awarded and will be executed by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Enterprise IT & Cyber Infrastructure Division and will act as the overarching effort to modernize the Base Area Network (BAN). The scope of this IDIQ is to furnish, upgrade, design, test, install and maintain all NIPR and SIPR BAN wired and wireless components. The scope includes operating, monitoring, and sustaining the network according to the included requirements.
Under the BIM IDIQ, CDO will bid on Task Orders to provide comprehensive IT Support Services to the Air Force including Network Health Monitoring, Modernization, Network Design, and Network Operation. CDO’s expertise in these areas will allow our team to proactively identify problem points and network inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to improve the network, as well as comprehensive solutions for infrastructure modernization and enhancement, network design and architecture development, and continued operation to address additional IT needs as they arise.
