CDO Technologies Secures Multiple Strategic Federal Contract Wins in Late 2025
DAYTON, OH — CDO Technologies, Inc. (CDO) is pleased to announce that it has been selected for multiple strategic federal contract vehicles during the last months of 2025, reinforcing the company’s position as a trusted provider to deliver mission-critical technology and infrastructure solutions to support the Department of Defense and other federal customers.
CDO Technologies was awarded the Automatic Identification Technology VII (AIT-7) contract vehicle, expanding the company’s ability to provide commercial automatic identification technology products and services to the Department of Defense and other authorized federal customers. The AIT-7 contract supports streamlined procurement of mission-essential technologies used across logistics, sustainment, and operational environments.
CDO Technologies was also selected as an awardee on the Information Technology – Infrastructure Maintenance (IT-IM) Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The IT-IM BPA enables CDO to compete for task orders supporting sustainment, modernization, and operational readiness of enterprise-level information technology infrastructure across Department of the Air Force installations.
Rounding out the year, CDO Technologies was awarded a contract for the Missile Defense Agency Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $151B. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility. CDO’s inclusion positions the company to support future tasking under the SHIELD contract.
Collectively, these awards underscore CDO Technologies’ commitment to supporting the Department of Defense and other federal organizations with dependable, mission-aligned technology solutions.
“These new contract wins are a major step forward for CDO Technologies’ long-term strategy. By earning a place on the AIT-7 contract, IT-IM BPA, and SHIELD IDIQ, we’re expanding our role in supporting some of our nation’s most important missions. These opportunities allow us to reach more federal customers, offer even more innovative solutions, and invest in the growth of our team. They set the stage for us to keep pushing forward, deliver real value, and build on our reputation as a go-to partner in defense technology. We’re excited about what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to make a difference for our customers and our country,” said Al Wofford, President and CEO of CDO Technologies.
