FBI Information Technology Supplies and Support Services (ITSSS-2) BPA

The Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2 (ITSSS-2) is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) established by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) with an estimated ceiling of $8 billion, making it the largest IT contract vehicle in the FBI’s history. This BPA provides a streamlined procurement path for a broad range of IT services and solutions across FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) locations nationwide, including major sites in Clarksburg, WV; Huntsville, AL; Pocatello, ID; Quantico, VA; and the Washington, DC Metro Area.

ITSSS-2 enables the FBI and DOJ components to issue task orders for services in seven Key Service Areas:

  • Workplace Solutions/Services

  • Business Applications Solutions/Services

  • Delivery Solutions/Services

  • Platform Solutions/Services

  • Infrastructure Solutions/Services

  • Emerging Technologies

  • Other IT Solutions/Services

The contract supports modernization, development, maintenance, and optimization of IT environments, with a focus on security, innovation, and operational efficiency across mission-critical federal systems.
